Properties: This product is white powder, insoluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, hexane, toluene, xylene, benzene, chloroform and other organic solvents, slightly soluble in methanol, insoluble in water. The relative density is 1.01 (20 ℃), the weight loss is 1% at 300 ℃, and the available nitrogen content is 4.6%.
Application: This product is a hindered high molecular weight light stabilizer. Due to its large molecular weight, it has good heat resistance, extraction resistance, low volatility and good resin compatibility. This product is mainly used in low density polyethylene film, polypropylene tape, EVA film, ABS, polypropylene fiber, polystyrene and food packaging.
Reference dosage: the general dosage is 0.3%
Packing, storage and transportation: cardboard barrel lined with plastic bag, net weight 25kg. This product is easy to absorb moisture and needs to be stored in a sealed, dry and dark condition.
Note: sulfur or halogen may affect the effect of light stabilizer 944. For example, some stabilizers, insecticides and flame retardants may have side effects with light stabilizer 944. If they need to be shared with such substances, it is recommended to conduct small-scale test first to ensure the effect.
